A real estate agent resume is a production record: active license, transactions closed, sales volume and GCI — plus where your leads actually come from.
Three things, in order of weight.
License status and state, plus brokerage affiliation and designations (ABR, SRS, GRI).
Production: transactions closed per year, sales volume, GCI, average days on market vs. local average.
Lead generation and client mix — sphere, referrals, open houses, online leads; buyer vs. listing side.
Work them into your title, project descriptions and skills — don't pile them into a list.
Each cover is the template itself, rendered.
Bold headline area puts production numbers where a broker looks first.
Approachable feel suits a client-facing, relationship-driven role.
Modern but structured — good when moving to a team or brokerage with a brand.
One page. Unless you have 10+ years and a genuinely full second page, the second page only dilutes the first. Put license status and state, plus brokerage affiliation and designations (abr, srs, gri). above the fold.
Leaving out GCI and transactions closed — the two numbers every team lead and broker asks first.. It is the single most common reason this role gets screened out, and fixing it matters far more than changing templates.
